• Inhibition of Melanogenesis:

  • Glutathione (GSH): This is the most crucial component in Oxelle's melasma treatment. Glutathione works by inhibiting the enzyme "Tyrosinase", which is the main enzyme that stimulates melanin pigment production. When this enzyme's activity is reduced, the abnormal pigment production that causes melasma is also decreased.
