Who is suitable for this treatment?
It is a face lifting technique using 3-point entry instead of long incisions, combined with the application of blunt needle threads secured under the hairline instead of surgical suturing for face lifting. Results are very similar to surgical face lifts, making the face slimmer and tighter immediately without downtime or general anesthesia. It's a combination of surgical face lifting and thread lifting techniques. However, the endoclip technique doesn't involve threading into the facial area like conventional thread lifting, but instead locks under the hairline using threads that are larger than regular facial threads and using 3-4 times more thread volume than conventional thread lifting techniques. This technique helps solve the problem of visible ridges or wavy indentations within the facial area. This technique belongs to our Dr. Iw and requires considerable medical expertise

A: Thread Lift Programs are suitable for those who want to lift and tighten the face, reshape the face for a slimmer appearance, address sagging cheeks, reduce wrinkles, and avoid surgery without downtime
A: Thread Lift Programs are not dangerous if done with proper techniques and performed by experienced doctors only, using certified absorbable threads. Over time (6-18 months), the threads will dissolve harmlessly. Thread lifting with proper techniques will create elastin fibers that support the skin, similar to natural tendons in the body
A: Subcutaneous fibrosis is actually scar tissue under the skin caused by collagen production. Thread lifting not only lifts the skin but also stimulates beneficial collagen formation for long-term firmness.
Caution* If performed by an inexperienced doctor or with incorrect technique — such as inserting threads too shallow — it can cause undesirable fibrosis in the treatment area.
A: If thread lift programs everywhere were the same, just go get threaded anywhere. If that were true, no one would complain about thread lifting showing no results, right? Therefore, this is completely untrue. Thread lifting requires the doctor's expertise and experience, especially in evaluating the number of threads needed and thread lifting techniques that will produce clear results without swelling or bruising.
